The Huntley is a limited collection of 18 mid-century modern homes in Indian Wells, California within walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Hermann Design Group provided site planning and design for all outdoor areas. Three different homes with unique floor plans and elevations surround a relaxing recreational area complete with a resort-style pool area and modern cabanas that offer spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountain Range.

Homeowners can enjoy their own citrus grove, common lawn areas, and unique desert landscaping. Model homes featured several different driveway and walkway designs to create a vibrant streetscape experience and identity for each home. Hermann Design group provided a distinguished model home and front yard landscape design for the project.
