Hermann Design Group joined forces with the architect, civil engineer, soils engineer, and other project consultants to develop a drought-tolerant, limited maintenance landscape design for the final two phases of the 131-unit low-income housing project with two recreation centers. Additionally, play areas and other shared amenity elements were incorporated into the overall site plan to foster a sense of community.
