UNIVERSITY PARK INVESTORS - MASTER DEVELOPER

University Park is the first mixed-use master-planned community in the City of Palm Desert. HDG provided the landscape, site, trail, and recreational amenity design within the overall master development plan. Design guidelines have been created to address the specific elements that are unique to a multi-generational community. A trail system, art walk, community center, and six public parks are weaved into the design to provide the community with an exceptional experience of desert living. Signage is staged at the various community entrances and throughout the site, representing the project’s distinct identity and providing visitors with a sense of direction.
