Kyle Simon has had the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the Low Impact Development Manual for the City of San Diego, to then later spearhead several pilot projects that utilize LID standards.

Principal Landscape Architect & Senior Project Manager
Kyle has over 15 years of experience as a project manager in design for public works projects, including as-need/on-call services, transportation/water infrastructure projects, and military design-build. All projects meet MWELO requirements and include low-impact development strategies, low water use, and low maintenance standards. As the project manager, Kyle oversees day-to-day project operations, maintains open communication with clients, participates in team meetings, designs charrettes, and facilitates workshops. Additionally, Kyle is responsible for providing staff coordination, design and construction documents, cost estimates, and specifications.
