This active adult community in Palm Desert was part of a large master plan that included 72 two-story units and over 200 single-family and duplex units. The Mediterranean theme is carried throughout the community using the appropriate drought-tolerant landscaping. Careful site planning took advantage of the broad mountain views surrounding the site. HDG created a trail system that connected green spaces throughout the project as well as an expansive recreation area that provides cabana shade, firepits, and a lap pool with a spa.
